We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Opened cables and accessories that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
